Ingredients
- 454gm (1lb) Morrisons Eat Smart 60% Less Fat Cumberland sausages (4 Syns)
- Fry Light
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 400gm can chopped tomatoes
- 400gm can baked beans in tomato sauce
- 100gm frozen mixed peppers
- 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 908gm (2lb) potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1tsp mustard powder
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 170gm (6oz) reduced fat Cheddar, grated

1. Method
1. Preheat the oven to 190C / 375F / Gas 5.

2. Grill the sausages according to the packet instructions until cooked. Slice the cooked sausages and place two sausages in each of four individual pie dishes.

3. Meanwhile, boil the potatoes in a large pan of boiling water until cooked. Mash the potatoes and add the mustard powder and black pepper. Mix well.

4. Spray a pan with Fry Light and gently fry the onion and garlic for a few minutes until softened. Add the tomatoes, baked beans, peppers and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for a few minutes.

5. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the sausages in the pie dishes and mix well. Top each pie dish with the mashed potato, and then top each pie with 42gm (1½oz) reduced fat Cheddar.

6. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until the topping is golden. Serve with a selection of seasonal Syn-free vegetables.
