2 cups Pioneer biscuit mix 2/3 cup milk 1 pound sausage 2 cups grated cheddar cheese

1. Mix biscuit mix and milk like you are going to make biscuits. Roll out on floured counter into a rectangle. Crumble sausage on top and sprinkle with cheese. Roll up like a jelly roll and refrigerate. When ready to serve, slice in 1 to ½ inch slices and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or til brown.
