Sausage pinwheels
Recipe by1 pack of puff pastry
3 tablespoons of tomato ketchup
250g sausage meat or 4-5 sausages
50g grated cheese
Prep. Time → 10-20 min
Cook Time → 15-20 min
1. 1. Turn oven to gas 5 180c
2. 2. Roll out your puff pastry.
3. 3. Mix your sausage meat and ketchup together.
4. 4. Lay your mixture onto your pastry, so it is even.
5. 5. Roll up your puff pastry, so it is quite tight.
6. 6. Cut your sausage pinwheels into equal slices.
7. 7. Put your slices onto a baking tray.
8. 8. Put the baking tray into the oven for 15-20mins (checking if the sausage pinwheels are done in between).
9. 9.When they are done, take them out.
10. 10.Leave them to cool
