Sauteed chicken and mushrooms

1 or 2 boneless, skinless, thin sliced chicken breasts
handful of button mushrooms
handful of shiitake mushrooms
handful of broccoli
italian seasoning
olivio
salt, pepper
lemon
2 cloves garlic, chopped

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 10-15 min

1. Wash and chop mushrooms and broccoli into bite sized pieces

2. Cut chicken into bite sized chunks

3. Add a heaping tablespoon of olivio to pan

4. Once pan is hot, add 1 clove garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds

5. Season both sides of chicken with italian seasoning, salt, peper

6. Add to pan, along with a couple of squeezes of lemon

7. Sautee until chicken is cooked

8. Remove chicken and sauce from pan and put in a separate plate

9. Add a heaping tablespoon of olivio to pan

10. Once pan is hot, add 1 clove garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds

11. Add vegetables to pan and seasons with salt, pepper, italian seasoning, lemon

12. Cook on medium heat until broccoli is tender, about 5 minutes

13. Add chicken back to pan, stir to heat and combine

14. Enjoy!
