Sauteed tilapia
Recipe by2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
12 grape tomatoes, sliced in half
3 tsp capers with a bit of juice
12 pitted black olives, cut in half
3 full tilapia filets, cut in half to make 6 pieces
1 small lemon cut in half
Prep. Time → 10 min
Cook Time → 10 min
1. 1. In a large, deep pan, saute onion and garlic in olive oil.
2. Add to capers and black olives.
3. Add grapes tomatoes and saute 5 minutes more.
4. Add the fish and cook until the fish is white and flakes.
5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice through a strainer (for the seeds).
6. Put on a serving dish and serve immediately.
