Savory crepes with cheese , chicken and corn
Recipe byMilk 2 1/2 cup of tea
Flour, all -purpose 1 1/2 cup of tea
Eggs 2 pcs.
A pinch of salt
Margarine little quantity
For the filling
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Chicken fillet 1 pc.
Chopped onion 1 pc.
Mustard 1 teaspoon
Cheese toast 12 slices
Boiled corn 1 1/2 cup of tea
Salt , pepper
Prep. Time → 10 min
Cook Time → 7-10 min
1. In a bowl, pour the milk should be lukewarm , eggs that have slightly hit the flour slowly , a pinch of salt and slowly stir the mixture until it becomes a liquid yeast. Butter a nonstick pan with a little margarine . Once the pan is heated through , add a tablespoon of the mixture spread on the pan to get a round shape and bake , and 2 sides. Once the crepe is ready to put on a platter , and do the same for the rest of the mixture . In a nonstick frying pan put olive oil and let it burn . We cut sliced grilled chicken , put it in the pan and sauté . Add the chopped onion , salt , pepper and mustard which we have dissolved in a little water . Allow the chicken to cook until the sauce thickens . Put another wide pan one to one we made each pancake until hot , spread the cheese and let it melt . On top the chicken and corn we have already boiled in water , fold the crepe and serve hot. (for 6 persons)
