Scalloped pineapple

1 20oz can pineapple chunks
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup grated cheese

Directions
1. Drain pineapple (save juice) In sauce pan mix sugar, and flour then add juice and bring to a boil while stirring. Add sauce to pineapple in casserole dish. Cover with grated cheese. Bake 15 min at 350. Goes excellently with ham.
