Scottish cullen and skink

Ingredients for 4 bowls
2 small undyed smoked haddock pieces
3 large potatoes
750 ml whole or semi skimmed milk
Large bunch of parsley
Prep. Time → 10 min

Directions
1. Peel and dice potatoes.
2. Poach haddock in chosen milk for 4 mins.
3. Remove haddock from milk.
4. Add potatoes and cook until soft.
5. Roughly chop parsley and add haddock to mixture.
6. Check seasoning and serve.
