Short cut, mac and cheese
Recipe by325g of macaroni pasta, any one will do though
salt and pepper
I round of Camembert or brie or about 250g of cheddar
80g Pancetta
1 clove of garlic
drizzle of oil
couple of sprigs of rosemary
1. Make the pasta according to the manufacturers instructions. in salted water. Chop up the cheese. fry up the Pancetta, garlic and rosemary in the tiniest drizzle of oil. As soon as the pasta is cooked, drain it and add all the other ingredients. Mix it all together until the cheese is melted and serve to hungry mouths immediately.
