75g butter (softened)
25g icing sugar
115g plain flour
white writing icing

Cook Time → 10-12 min

1. Preheat the oven to 180oc (gas mark 4)

2. Put the butter into a large bowl. Stir it until it is creamy, then sift in the icing sugar. Stir in until the mixture is smooth

3. Sift the flour into the bowl and stir with a wooden spoon. Then use your hands to squeeze the mixture into a dough

4. Wrap the dough in plastic food wrap and put it in the fridge for 30mins

5. Dust the flour onto a clean workspace then roll out the dough until it is about 5mm thick

6. Cut out lots of little cricles with a cutter. Squeeze the scraps into a little ball, roll it out then cut out more little circles

7. When all the dough is used up put all the little circles onto a baking tray and bake the biscuits for 10-12mins

8. Once cooked, place all the biscuits onto a wire cooling rack and allow to cool. Then have fun decorating them!
