Simple quinoa, black bean, avocado bowl

quinoa (1 cup dry)
black beans (1 can)
avocado
cholula hot sauce (if you want)
cilantro (if you want)

Directions
1. rinse the quinoa under water in a strainer. add the quinoa + 2 cups water to a pot and bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and let cook about 15 minutes until the little curly-q's of the quinoa have puffed up / it tastes done
2. put some quinoa in a bowl, add the black beans (drained), cut up some avocado and put it on top. add cholula and cilantro to taste. delicious!
