Slow cooked lamb casserole

Shoulder of lamb or your preferred cut
Tin of tomatoes
Tomato puree
Glass of wine
Pint of stock
3 carrots
Frozen peas
Tin sweetcorn
3 sweet potato
3 potatoes
2 onion
1 garlic
Sprig of rosemary
2 sage leaves
Curry powder
Turmeric
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Prep. Time → 10 min
Cook Time → 360 min
1. Lightly sear the lamb in a frying pan.
2. Cut the carrots potato sweet potatoes and onions into desired sized chunks and add too the slow cooker with the wine, stock, tined tomatoes and herbs and spices and garlic
3. Add the lightly seared lamb too the pot.
4. Stir well and cook on low for 6-12 hours.
