Slow cooker corned beef hash

1 tin of corned beef

4-5 large potatoes

1 large onion

Stock cube

Ketchup

Seasoning

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 6 hours min

1. Fry off the onions. It is not necessary but always makes it a little better.

2. Peel and chop the potatoes into cubes 1-2cm in size

3. Chop the corned beef into cubes

4. While the onions are cooking make up about a pint of stock. Add a squirt of ketchup to it and if you want a splash of Worcester sauce and Balsamic. Add salt and pepper to suit your tastes.

5. Bung it all in the slow cooker and mix

6. Do it on the highest setting for about 2 hours then turn to low for about 4 hours or more until you are ready to eat.
