2 x Smoked Chicken Breasts
2 x Salad Tomatoes
1/2 Cup x Walnuts
1 x Avocado
1 x Green Apple
50g x Blue Cheese
Spring Onions
Lettuce Leaves
60ml x Salad Cream

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 0 min

1. I guess this is quite a lot like a waldorf salad, really all you need to do is slice up the smoked chicken breast, tomatoes, avocado and the apple

2. Serve on top of the lettuce leaves

3. Crumble the blue cheese on top and drizzle with the salad cream, sprinkle with walnuts

4. Season to taste
