200g tub of light cream cheese
zest of a 1/2 lemon+1 tablespoon of juice
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill
120g pack of smoked salmon trimmings
salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 bagels, halved

Directions
1. Mix the cream cheese with the lemon
zest and juice, dill and smoked salmon trimmings.
Season with salt and pepper.
2. Toast the bagels and spread the salmon mixture on top
