Smokey bacon pasta
Recipe by8 rashers of streaky bacon OR 4-5 rashers of back bacon
around 6 mushrooms
400g of pasta (about 100g pp)
1 pint of milk and a packet mix OR Create a cheese sauce
Cheese sauce: 2oz butter
2oz flour
1pint milk
Prep. Time → 10 min
Cook Time → 20 min
1. Cut up the bacon and mushrooms into postage stamp sized pieces.
2. cook the pasta whilst frying the bacon and mushrooms in a pan
3. make the cheese sauce or packet mix by mixing the ingredients together, whisking and microwaveing with intervals to whisk it in.
4. add the components together with the sauce and stirr
5. serve and enjoy your pasta (hopefully!)
6. Servie with crusty bread or salad for best results.
