Smothered pork chops
Recipe by4 Thin cut pork chops
Giant Eagle garlic & Herb seasoning
Black Pepper
Onion
Gravy (Home style onion gravy)
Cooking oil
1. Preheat 2 tsp of cookng oil in a pan
Chop onion and saute
Remove onion and place in a bowl (for later)
Rinse off pork Chops
sanitize sink and counter area
Season to your liking using: Lowry's seasoning salt, Giant Eagle Garlic Herb and seasoning, Black pepper
Place the pork chop in the pan
brown them on each side (10-15 min checking them to make sure they don't burn)
Once they are finished browning place the onions, gravy and pork chops in a pan. Cover and let simmer for 20-30 checking to make sure they don't burn
2. Serve:
With Rice or Mashed potatoes and something Green!! enjoy
