Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened 1 1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2 2/3 cup flour 1 tsp. cream of tartar 1/2 tsp. soda 1/4 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. sugar 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, cream of tartar, soda, and salt. Shape dough into balls. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Roll balls in mixture. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
