Sour cream apple pie

Ingredients
1 C sour cream
3/4 C sugar
2 T flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 C diced apples
1 pie shell (frozen)
Directions
1. Beat together cream, sugar, flour, salt, vanilla, egg
Add apples
Pour into 9 inch unbaked pie shell
Bake at 400 for 25 minutes
Mix: 1/2 C brown sugar (packed)
1/4 C butter
1/3 C flour
Sprinkle on top of pie
Bake 20 minutes more at 400
