Ingredients
1.5 cup warm water or milk or combination (approx 110 degrees)
1.25 tsp (1 pkg) active dry yeast
2 Tbs honey
1.5 cup all purpose flour
Directions
1. Mix together all ingredients and let sit for about 6-8 hours, lightly covered
2. At this point it should be foamy. Stir and refrigerate
3. Weekly: take out 1 cup and add 1 cup flour and 1 c water
