3 cups of flour
1-2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 large egg beaten
1 cup of molasses
1 cup canned pumpkin pure
3/4 cup buttermilk (or plain kefin)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
For the white glaze: 2 tablespoons of cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of butter, 1/4 cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Prep. Time → 15 min
Cook Time → 50 min
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Grease a 10-inch round cake pan
3. In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients
4. In a separate bowl, mix together the wet ingredients and pour into the dry ingredients bowl, mixing them gently
5. Pour the mixture into the cake pan
6. Bake for 50m
7. Mix all the ingredients of the glaze using a blander and pour it on top of the cake
