Spicy Fish of Gali Dachot - Recipefy

6 pieces of Tilapia
small can of tomato paste
cumin
tumeric
chicken consomme
paprika
1/2 cup oil
8 garlic cloves
2 red peppers sliced
1 bunch of cilantro
dry red chile peppers ( depends on how spicy you want the fish, I use 7-10)
salt
lemon

1. Take tilapia and soak in lemon and salt for 2 hours (if frozen first defrost)

2. Cover the bottom of your pan with cilantro, garlic, dry chile peppers, and red peppers

3. Rinse off salt and lemon from the fish and pat dry. Place fish on top

4. Put in a bowl 1/2 cup of oil, paprika, cumin, tumeric, chicken consomme, and tomato paste and mix with 1 cup of water.

5. Pour over fish and cook for 20-30 min

6. Take off from fire and cover with lid and let simmer.
