Spring chicken
Recipe by2 chicken breasts
2 hands full of cherry tomatoes
2 red onions
2 garlic cloves
pepper
salt
spice mix for meat
Tandoori paste (check for gluten if you want a gluten free meal)
lime juice
olive oil
Prep. Time → 5 min
Cook Time → 15 min
1. Chop the onions coarsely
2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half
3. Chop the garlic coarsely
Chop the chicken into small cubes
4. Heat up the olive oil in a frying pan
5. Stir fry all ingredients
6. Reduce heat
Season with Salt & pepper
7. Add a the spice mix for meat
8. Add two teaspoons of lime juice
9. Add a teaspoon of Tandoori paste and stir well
10. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes
