Steakhouse salad
Recipe by
1/4 cup Kraft light ranch dressing
1/4 cup Kraft mayo with olive oil reduced fat mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Kraft prepared horseradish
3/4 lb beef sirloin steak, 3/4 inch thick
2 tablespoons A.1. original steak sauce
8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 tomato, cut into wedges
1 small red onion, cut into thin wedges
1/2 cup Kraft 2% milk shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Prep. Time → 15 min
Cook Time → 15 min
1. Heat grill to medium heat
2. Mix first 3 ingredients
3. Grill steak 5 minutes on each side or until medium doneness (160 degrees F) brushing occasionally with steak sauce.
4. Remove steak from grill and cover. Let stand 5 minutes and cut across grain into thin slices
5. Cover platter with lettuce, top with tomatoes, onions and meat
6. Drizzle with dressing mixture
7. Sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately
