Strawberry pudding
Recipe byStrawberry-10 nos (see notes )
Whipped cream-1/2 cup
Fresh cream-1/2 cup
Powdered sugar-1 1/2 cup
Bread slices-10
Sugar syrup-1/2 cup
1. Wash and remove the stem from strawberries.Cut and crush them finely in a blender; there should be still some chunks.
2. In a bowl mix together whipped cream, fresh cream and sugar.Beat well using a beater or a wooden spoon ( better o use a beater or a blender)
3. Add the strawberry crush to the the cream mixture and beat again.
4. Remove the sides of the bread slices and dip them into the sugar syrup.
Then arrange half of the bread slices in a tray.Pour half of the cream mixture on the top.Repeat the same with remaining cream and bread slices.
Cover with a plastic wrap and keep in refrigerator for 2-3 hrs.
Garnish with strawberry slices.
5. Notes: Instead of using fresh strawberries you can use strawberry crush readily available in supermarkets
6. To make sugar syrup, boil 3/4 cups and same amount of sugar and stir continuously till the sugar dissolves and the syrup starts to become thick.
