Stuffed bell peppers

4 green bell peppers 1 lb. ground beef 1/3 cup chopped onion 1 can diced rotel ½ cup water ½ to ¾ cup uncooked rice 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 8 oz. shredded cheese

1. In skillet cook ground beef and onion until brown. Add rotel tomatoes, water, rice, and Worcestershire. Cover and simmer until rice is tender, about 15 minutes. While meat mixture is cooking, boil peppers about 5 minutes, afer removing topes and membrane. When meat mixture is done; stir in cheese and stuff peppers Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
