stuffed cabbage rolls recipe

1 cabbage
1 small onion, chopped
2 shredded carrot
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 ground beef: not cooked yet
1 cup cooked rice
1 egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 salt and pepper
1 parsley
3 tomato sauce

1. O. Cook rice :)

2. 1. Take cabbage, and cut off core:

3. 2. In a large pot filled with boiling water, take cabbage and put in there: cook until its soft and tender and leaves are starting to come apart:

4. 3.When done, put cabbage in bowl:

5. 4. ( for mixture:) In a bowl, put the uncooked ground beef in the bowl: and the shredded carrots, onion, garlic, and parsley:

6. 5.Add the 1 cup of cooked rice in bowl too: and egg: not beaten: and bread crumbs and salt and pepper:

7. 6. Take a spoon and mix everything together:

8. 7. In a large pot, put tomato sauce's in it: make sure it's covered the bottom:

9. 8. Carefully, unpeeling the cabbage, when you have the leaf, cut out the rib peice in the center.

10. 9.Take one leaf, and a spoonful of the mixture in the middle: tuck it in: and roll it like a burrito: and put in the pot with the tomato sauce: side down:

11. 10.pour another jar of tomato sauce on top of the stuffed cabbage rolls: put on the stove, covered, and cook on medium heat, for an hour: till there soft and cooked
