Sunrise smoothie
Recipe by
60g/2oz carrot, peeled and roughly chopped
80g/3oz fresh ripe mango, roughly chopped
240ml/8fl oz fresh orange juice
60ml/2fl oz plain yoghurt, chilled
Prep. Time → 5 min
1. 1. Blend carrots and 160ml/5.5fl oz orange juice in a blender until smooth. Pour into serving glass.
2. Blend mango, yoghurt, and remaining orange juice in a blender. Pour over a spoon set over the carrot layer inside the glass to keep distinct layers.
3. Serve optionally with honey or maple syrup.
