Super easy lasagna
Recipe by1 lb lean ground beef
1 jar of Ragu Oregano & Parmesan Sauce
12 Barilla Oven Ready Baked Lasagne noodles
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 15 oz container of part skim low fat ricotta cheese
1 egg beaten
1/4 fresh chopped parsley
1 cup of water

salt
pepper
garlic powder
Prep. Time → 20 min
Cook Time → 60 min
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In 10in skillet brown meat on medium high heat. Add oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
3. Drain meat and add the tomato sauce.
4. Pour 1 cup of water in the jar and shake and then pour on the meat mixture. Simmer.
5. In a bowl mix 1 1/4 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup parmesan, parsley, ricotta, and egg together.
6. Spread 1 cup meat sauce on bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish top with layers of 3 lasagna noodles, 1/3 of the ricotta cheese mixture and 1 cup meat sauce. Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining noodles, meat sauce and the rest of the cheeses.
7. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
8. Let stand for 15 minutes and then serve.
