Superimmunity chicken "noodle" soup
Recipe byCooked meat from one whole chicken (or about 3c shredded chicken)
1 qt chicken bone broth
3 medium carrots (peeled and chopped)
4 celery stalks washed and chopped)
1 large leek (make sure to wash these, dirt gets trapped between the layers!)
2 small-medium celery root (peeled then spiralized or shredded for "noodles" or cut into chunks if going noodle-less)
6 garlic cloves (smashed)
3 bay leaves
salt & pepper to taste
Prep. Time → 15 min
Cook Time → 360 min
1. Put everything in slow cooker and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.
