Sweet and Sour Brussel Sprouts w/ bacon and balsamic of belle1538 - Recipefy

1/8 lb sliced bacon, diced
1 package (16 oz) Frozen Brussel sprouts, thawed
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
4 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 1/4 tsp sugar
pinch salt
pinch ground mustard (optional)
pinch pepper

1. In a Dutch oven, cook the bacon over medium heat until crips

2. Using a slotted spoon, remove to paper towels to drain

3. In the drippings, saute Brussel Sprouts and onion until crisp-tender

4. Add the vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard and pepper

5. Bring to a boil

6. Reduce the heat; cover and simmer for 4 to minutes or until sprouts are tender

7. Stir in the bacon and serve
