Sweet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
Olive oil
Sea salt

Directions
1. Cut sweet potatoes into wedges, place on cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil.
2. Sprinkle with olive oil and sea salt
3. Cook at 400 for 10 minutes, flip wedges and cook another 10 minutes.
