Tangi prawn masala
Recipe byMedium sized Prawn : 250 grams
Onions of spring onion : 5 or 6
Crushed peppercorn : 2 teaspoons
Stirfy sauce : 2 teaspoons
Mustard honey sauce : 3 teaspoons
Tomato sauce : 1 teaspoon
Green chilli sauce : 1 teaspoon
Corn flour : 2 table spoons
Salt : 2 table spoons
Soya sauce : 2 table spoons
Prep. Time → 15 min
Cook Time → 15 min
1. Marinate the prawn with cornflour and salt and a little soya
sauce and leave for 30 minutes.
2. Fry thickly rounded chopped onions in 2 tablespoons of oil.
3. Add pepper and all other sauces.
4. Put prawn and fry for a while.
5. Add little corn flour mixed in water to the prawn.
6. Serve with fresh coriander.
7. Vegetarian Variation:
Prawns can be replaced with cubes of paneer.
