Tarragon Chicken of Nick Ingram - Recipefy

Breasts..... chicken, obviously. 3.
Spring Onions, finely sliced
1/2 tsp tarragon
150ml white wine
1/2 tsp sea salt
100ml double cream
fresh white pepper
2 tsp fresh tarragon. where the hell do you get that from? I used dried.
Gnochi. Or green beans, or rosti, or chips, whatever....

Prep. Time → 15 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. Recipe says 2 tsp garlic oil. Didn't have any, so used olive oil and added some garlic... fry onions and dried tarragon for a minute or 2.
Add the chicken breasts, cook for 5 mins.
Flip the chicken, add the wine, when boiling add salt, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 mins (or until chick cooked through...)
Remove chicken, add cream, stir and heat through. add pepper and tarragon.
Pour over chicken and serve with chips. Sorry Rosti. Sorry Gnochi. Or Beans...
