Ingredients for 3 loaves
24fl oz cold tea
1lb 8oz mixed dried fruit
14oz dark brown sugar
1lb 4oz self raising flour
2 med eggs

Cook Time → 105 min

Directions
1. Soak fruit in tea over night.
2. preheat oven to 180c
3. grease and line 3 2lb loaf tins
4. add sugar to tea and fruit and stir/mix well.
5. add all other ingredients, mix well and pour into loaf tins.
6. Bake in centre of oven at 180c for 1 hour 45 minutes.
7. turn out onto wire rack to cool.
8. Slice and spread generously with butter and serve with a cup of tea.
