Tempeh mock chicken salad

Ingredients for 4
8 oz. Tempeh, sauteed in a little oil and drained on a paper towel
5 Tbs. mayonnaise
2 Tbs. nutritional yeast
2 Tbs. dill pickle, chopped
2 Tbs. minced parsley
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 onion, minced

Directions
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Use as salad or sandwich filling.
3. Store refrigerated.
