Pinto Beans
1 can black beans
1 can shoe peg corn
1 yellow pepper
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup green onion, diced
1 small can diced pimentos

Directions
1. Put all ingredients in bowl and set aside.
2. In pan on stove combine: 1/2 cup cider vinegar, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
3. Bring to boil and pour over bean mixture. Toss and marinate overnight. Drain.
4. Serve with Frito Scoops.
