- Fry Light
- 454gm (1lb) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed**
- 41gm sachet Schwartz Thai Chicken Green Curry Recipe Mix (7½ Syns)
- 350ml (12fl oz) semi skimmed milk*
- 1 bunch spring onions, sliced
1. Method
1. Heat a deep frying pan sprayed with Fry Light and fry the chicken for 6-7 minutes, until browned. Drain any excess liquid.
2. Blend the sachet contents into the milk and add to the pan. Bring to the boil, stirring.
3. Add the spring onions and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve with fragrant rice, remembering to count the Syns accordingly if on an Original day.
