Ingredients
- Fry Light
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- 400gm can chopped tomatoes
- 500gm carton passata
- 300ml vegetable stock
- 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1tbsp granulated sweetener
- Fresh basil leaves, roughly torn
- Freshly ground black pepper

1. Method
1. Spray a large saucepan with Fry Light, add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.

2. Add the remaining ingredients to the pan and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

3. Blend until smooth.
