500g pot of natural yogurt
1 teaspoon of vinilla extract
3 large bananas, sliced
4 oz of soft dark brown sugar
1 oz of toasted hazelnuts, chopped

Directions
1. Mix together the netural yogurt and vanilla extract.
Then mix in the sliced bananas.
Divide between 4 bowls
2. Sprinkle the sugar thickly over the top, cover with
cling film and chill in the fridge for 1 hour, or until the sugar
has turned to a syrupy toffee.
3. Scatter with hazelnuts and serve.
