TOMATO & OLIVE PASTA SALAD WITH HALLOUMI  of Rosa Lanzillotti - Recipefy

400g Fusilli Pasta
150g Green and/or Black Olive
4 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
150g Halloumi chees, grilled
1/2 cucumber, chopped or asparagus
Handful of fresh basil leaves, torn
150g cherry tomatoes, quartered
60g toasted pine nuts
Squeeze of lemon juice

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions. Drain, then return to the pan with the Tomatos and Olives Stir-in and the olive oil and set aside to cool.

2. Toss through the remaining ingredients, season with black pepper and a little salt if needed, and then pack into lunchboxes.
