Tomato salsa recipe
Recipe by1 tin tinned tomatoes, diced
½ red onion, roughly chopped
½ cup coriander
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 green chilli, sliced
1 red chilli, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. smoked paprika
½ tsp. cumin
½ tsp. ground pepper
1 lime, juiced
Prep. Time → 5 min
Cook Time → 5 min
1. Place all ingredients in food processor.
Blitz or pulse for a couple of seconds.
Drain excess liquid from salsa.
Chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Serve with oven-crisped corn chips.
