Tomato Soup of Jens Christian Nørgaard - Recipefy

10 Tomatoes, fresh Basil, Red Chilli, 4 Garlic Cloves, 1 tablespoon of sugar, chicken stock (2 cube), , canned tomato paste (purée), 1 onion, olive oil, salt/pepper, cream or crème fraish.

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 30 min

1. rise tomatoes, chilli and basil

2. chop tomatoes and 1 onion (1 large or 2 small)

3. put in oven on grill with salt and olive oil over.

4. while this is in the oven chop 1/2-1 chilli, 4 cloves of garlic, small bunch of fresh basil,

5. when tomatoes and onion are ready (grilled).

6. add olive oil to a pot and put in garlic/chilli

7. once Garlic/chilli has got colour add all other ingredients (canned tomato paste, 2 cubes of dissolved chicken stock, 1 tablespoon of sugar).

8. leave for 20-30 minutes.

9. use stab-mixer to get it into a purée.

10. you are ready for serving now

11. once served add a tablespoon of crème fraish or cream. This will give it a nice and smooth taste.

12. enjoy with pasta and home made garlic bread
