Torta de Sardinha (Sardine Pie) of Thyago Mota - Recipefy

5 eggs (5 ovos)
1/2 cup olive oil (1/2 xic. azeite oliva)
1/2 cup of milk (1/2 xic. leite)
1/2 cup of soar cream (1/2 xic. iogurte natural ou requeijao)
1/2 cup green olives cut in pieces (1/2 xic. azeitonas verdes picada)
3 unpeeled tomatoes cut in cubes (3 tomates sem pele cortados em cubos)
10 tablespoons of flour (10 colheres de sopa de farinha de trigo)
1 can of peas (1 lata de ervilha)
2 cans of sardines (2 latas de sardinhas)
4 tablespoons of parmesan cheese (4 colheres de sopa de queijo parmesao)
1 tablespoon of parsley (1 colher de sopa de cebolinha/cheiro verde)
salt and pepper to taste (sal e pimenta a gosto)
2 teaspoons of baking powder (2 colheres de cha de fermento)

Prep. Time → 30 min

Cook Time → 60 min

1. Boil 2 eggs and cut them in pieces when done (cozinhe dois ovos e pique em pedacos quando terminar)

2. Preheat oven at 350F (pre-aqueca o forno a 175C)

3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl (misture todos os ingredientes em uma tigela funda)

4. Pour the mixture into a greased pyrex (coloque a mistura em uma forma untada que possa ser levada ao forno)

5. Bake in the oven for 1 hour (leve ao forno por 1 hora)
