1. Cook yams and cube
Add mushrooms, super greens, olive oil and microwave 45 seconds
Use lilypad to cover bowl
Make poached egg, add to bowl
Add salt, pepper, sesame seeds.

Trac made this for me when I was in Seattle May 2016. Healthy, yummy and a nice alternative to a standard egg or granola breakfast.
