Trattoria style chicken
Recipe by4 small boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb)
2 packet of Shake 'N Bake Extra Crisp seasoned coating mix
1 cup Kraft shredded low moisture, part skim mozzarella cheese
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 package (9 ounces) baby spinach leaves
Prep. Time → 10 min
Cook Time → 15 min
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F
2. Place chicken between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and pound to 1/4 inch thickness
3. Coat chicken with Shake 'N Bake mix as directed on the package
4. Place on foil covered baking sheet and discard shaker bag and remaining coating
5. Bake for 10 minutes
6. Top chicken with cheese and bake another 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and chicken is done (165 degrees F)
