Tray baked sausages with apple

3 red onions cut into wedges
3 red apples ored and cut into wedges
200g baby carrots
3 potatoes peeled and cut into small cubes
4 tbsp veg oil
12 sausages
2 tbsp chopped sage leaves
1 tbsp rosemary leaves
3 tbsp clear honey
salt and pepper
Prep. Time → 20 min
Cook Time → 25 min
1. place the wedges of onion and apple, carrots and potatoes into a large roasting pan.
2. drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper, toss to coat.
3. Add the sausages to the pan, scatter over the herbs and toss again.
4. place in a preheated oven 200 degrees c for 25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
5. Drizzke over the honey and serve.
