Turkey ham & fish grills sw

- 200gm Bernard Matthews wafer thin turkey ham (2 Syns)
- Fry Light
- 4 cod fillets
- 100gm mature Cheddar cheese, grated**
- 4 spring onions, sliced at an angle
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to season
1. Method
1. Preheat the grill to high and spray a large shallow ovenproof dish with Fry Light.
2. Arrange the fish in the dish slightly spaced apart. Spray with Fry Light and grill for 5-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish.
3. Turn the fish over and top with the turkey ham divided between the four fillets.
4. Mix the cheese and onions together and scatter over the turkey ham. Season with pepper and return to the grill until the turkey ham and cheese browns lightly.
5. Serve with a crispy salad or new potatoes (taken as a Healthy Extra B choice) and Syn-free vegetables.

might use normal ham next time the turkey ham made it a bit sickly for me.
