Turkey meatballs

Ingredients for 4 people
1 pound ground turkey
1/3 cup of Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup of grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
1/2 tsp dried basil
2 large egg whites
1 T. canola oil or olive oil
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together and shape into balls about 1 1/2 in.
Heat oil on med-high in skillet and cooked meatballs until all sides are browned.
Drain fat and oil off.
Now add you favorite pasta sauce and cook on low for about 15 min.
Cook spaghetti until tender and drain.
