Vegan cupcakes
Recipe by1 1/2 cup of flour
1/4 to 1 cup of sugar (depending on how sweet you like it)
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of milk, OR coconut milk, OR soy milk (whichever is fine)
1/2 of veggie of oil OR plain applesauce
1 tablespoon of vinegar
2 tablespoon of vanilla exact
1. Mix dry and wet ingredients separately.
2. Slowly pour wet onto dry ingredients while mixing on medium speed. Mix well but do not over mix.
3. Scoops batter into cupcake tins and bake for 18mins on 350*F
4. You could mix it up by adding chocolate powder, Apple chucks, cinnamon, pumpkin pureed; etc
